11. Refund of the insurance contribution paid upon registration of a road vehicle, for the right to operate the vehicle or retention of that right, is done under the rules f reimbursement specified by the Regulation respecting road vehicle registration (chapter C-24.2, r. 29), by respectively replacing the annual and monthly amounts provided under those rules by the annual insurance contribution under sections 2 and 3, before adjustment under section 45, and the monthly insurance contribution specified in section 6. The result of the calculation is then adjusted by applying section 45.
